Undelivered Packages


  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy (excluding shipping costs).
