3M™ Cubitron™ II File Belt is a premium abrasive file belt for spot weld removal and other grinding / sanding applications. This file belt can be used with various types of file belt sanding machines available in the market.
3M™ Cubitron™ II File Belts 786F are designed for tough detail work like cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing, especially in confined spaces, and come in various grades and sizes.
These belts use 3M’s Precision-Shaped Grain (PSG) technology, forming sharp, triangular ceramic structures that slice through materials efficiently, cutting 30% faster and lasting twice as long as conventional abrasives. The fast-cutting action of the ceramic abrasive grain minimizes thermal damage and enhances belt performance and longevity.
